Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. Orders may have already entered processing after this timeframe, and we might not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.

If you're still unhappy and wish to return your items, you can do so within 30 days after purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return

To return your items, please get in touch with our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at lunabloom.help@gmail.com. To expedite your return, include your Order Number or the name and email address used to place the order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged (defect or physically broken) within 72 hours of delivery, please let us know! Email us at lunabloom.help@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. We do not accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive for fast delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control (couriers, customs, etc.). Please contact the courier directly for delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It's your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If it's incorrect and we're not notified within 24 hours of your order, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
