Order Processing:

Allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order after it's placed. During peak times or holidays, this may take up to 10 business days.

These are based on when your order is dispatched to the carrier:

 United States: 5-10 Business Days

Please Note:

  • Peak times and holidays can cause carrier delays beyond our control.
  • International shipments may experience customs delays, increasing delivery time.

Accurate Shipping Details Matter!

Double-check your shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details can delay processing or cancel your order. We'll email you to confirm details if there are system-detected address issues. If we don't hear back in 3 business days, we may cancel your order.

Changes to Your Order?

We understand mistakes happen! If you notice an error in your shipping details within 24 hours of placing your order, email us at Lunabloom.help@gmail.com. We'll try our best to accommodate changes, but can't guarantee it after this timeframe.

While we strive for speedy delivery, unforeseen circumstances can cause delays outside of our control, such as:

  • Courier delays due to weather or transportation disruptions.
  • Product availability issues.
  • Address verification problems.
  • Payment processing delays.

We'll notify you ASAP if we encounter any delays and keep you updated on your order status. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to these external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We'll do everything we can to assist if your package is lost or stolen after we hand it to the courier. Here's what to do:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Lunabloom.help@gmail.com and we'll try to help locate it.
  2. Contact the Courier: Most couriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. They may ask you for additional information. We'll also reach out to them on your behalf.

Please Note: Lunabloom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we'll do our best to help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.

Package Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can then track your package directly through the courier's website.
